CRAFT-MAKING PARTY
Friday, November 21, 2008
Admission to the Nov. 21 Fall Craft-making will be one craft per family that 30+ students can assemble. You may collect something home-made or store-bought. While you are traveling or doing your summer/fall activities, think of items that could be used: seashells, seedpods, sweetgum balls, rocks, popsicle sticks, felt, construction paper, glitter, pipe cleaners, pompom balls, etc.
Create your own craft idea, or find something off the internet or in a library book. Crafts can relate to any time of the year; they do not need to be holiday-related. Contact cureton@rollanet with your questions and your family's idea.

Homeschool Picture Day
School Picture sessions will be held at two locations again this year. Kay Harrison and Sarah Steimel have graciously offered the use of their facilities in the absence of what I had hoped would have been the first year in my new studio space. As most of you know we experienced a devastating house fire in June, which totally destroyed our home and consequently my loft studio. With that, I would like us all to convey our many thanks to Kay and Sarah for once again hosting picture day!
The first date, Oct. 20th will be at Kay’s Studio with sessions beginning at 1:00pm and continuing until 5:00pm. The second date, Oct 22nd will be at Owensville Bowl from 11:00am-3:00pm. No appointments are necessary just bring your smiles! Prices are the same as last year. J
