To save any of these files to your hard drive, just right click on the link below. Then choose the "Save Target As" option. Decide where you want to save the file. Change the name if you want and click OK to save the file. Now you can access it from your hard drive (don't forget where you put it! ;-) ).

The Centre P.E. Feedback Form Please fill out the feedback form and either email or mail it to Dawn. Her email address and mailing address is on the form.

Master Daily Log.XLS an MS Excel spreadsheet for keeping track of each student's hours in each subject. (Takes the place of the Daily Log in "First Things First" - MO Homeschool publication.) This spread sheet totals each student's hours per month and carries over to give you a year to date total of hours.

PE Permission Slip.xls an MS Excel spreadsheet containing the permission slip for attending P. E. classes at the Rolla Rec Centre. The Centre does want us to use these forms or the parent has to sign in their children at the front desk. It also makes things go quicker at the front desk since we all arrive about the same time. Remember they need their hands stamped also.

2008 Missouri Summer Fun Ideas   Many of the activities that charge a few, do have a group discount rate.  If you would like to go for the cheaper rate, just post the activity/place, date, time and cost on CHESS email chessnwk@chessnwk.org and have fun going with friends!  I am sure there are MANY more things in surrounding communities; feel free to share events you know of!
